What You'll Do

Our ideal Senior Software engineer (with experience in F&O 365 and optional .Net) will be an integral part of the DynaRent team, the biggest ISV solution on Dynamics 365 F&O. You’ll be working with the team and our customers to maintain, improve, and develop new DynaRent functionalities. If you get a kick out of creating easy digital solutions to solve complex customer problems using Microsoft Dynamics, then you will love To-Increase.

You will:

  • Research and co-develop new functionalities for DynaRent based on F&O 365 
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of DynaRent
  • Customize the solution based on customer requirements
  • Work with the team to facilitate testing of new releases
  • Assist the team in the monthly release process
  • Provide service support on issues from customers and/or partners

What You Need to Be Successful (Minimum Qualifications)

  • At least 8 - 12 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O / AX2012 development (X++, object-oriented development)
  • Hands-on experience with Trade & Logistics, Asset Management, and Inventory Management modules of Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Experience with product development
  • Able to lead fellow developers and functional consultants
  • Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (TFS, LCS)
  • Proactive “problem solver” focused on quality results
  • Creative and able to think “out-of-the-box”
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written in English)
  • Open-minded, conceptual thinker
  • Able to both work independently and with a team

  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform offerings including PowerApps and Power Portal
  • Experience of working as part of the onshore-offshore development team
  • NET development skills
