Employee Experience Administrator

We are looking for an Employee Experience administrator to help us bring the To-Increase employee experience organization to the next level.

What You'll Do

We are looking for an Employee Experience administrator to help us bring the To-Increase employee experience organization to the next level. This is a great opportunity for someone who is not afraid to get their hands dirty and that loves taking the lead on providing effective and seamless employee administration support and advise.

Your responsibilities will include the organization and maintenance of personnel records and a number of other administrative & advisory tasks as described below.

In this role, you should have attention to detail and the capability to juggle different tasks at the same time. The perfect candidate has affinity with HR administration tasks, and with working with HR internal systems.

Solid knowledge of the labor law in The Netherlands is also a requirement.

In addition, you should also have an interest in continuous process improvement and a customer centric attitude.

You will:

  • Organize and maintain personnel records.
  • Update internal databases (e.g. employment changes, recording of sickness, maternity leave).
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire/onboarding guides.
  • Revise company policies and update employee handbook.
  • Liaise with external partners, like pension partner, and arbo partner.
  • Ensure compliancy .
  • Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues.
  • Be responsible for the maintenance of the People Operations mailbox.
  • Assist payroll provider and finance department by providing relevant employee information on a monthly basis (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, work schedules and employment changes).
  • Submit 30% ruling applications.
  • Assist with employee relocations.
  • Participate in HR projects (e.g. employee surveys, engagement initiatives).

What You Need to Be Successful (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Hands on and can-do mentality.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn.
  • Genuine interest for People.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge in employment regulations in The Netherlands.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Solution orientated.
  • Experience with working with HR software.
  • Good organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize.
  • Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills in Dutch and English.
  • BS in Human Resources or relevant field.
