What You'll Do

We are looking for a Employee Experience Intern to help us bring the To-Increase employee experience organization to the next level. This is a great opportunity for someone who is not afraid to get their hands dirty and that loves taking the lead on projects focused on improving the overall employee experience.

Your responsibilities will include the creation of an internship and graduate program, the set-up of wellness and Corporate Social responsibility programs and helping our recruitment and employee experience champions, with activities around employee events, onboarding, offboarding and other day to day activities.

In this role, you should have a passion for innovation and the capability to think outside the box. The perfect candidate has affinity with technology and an interest in process improvement. In addition, it would be a big plus if you already had some work experience within a business setting and can be available to work a minimum of 3-4 days a week.

 

You will:

  • Set up an intern and Graduate program
  • Help drive initiatives around employee engagement and wellness
  • Help drive the set-up of new initiatives around diversity and inclusion within the organization
  • Coordination of recruitment and other employee focus events, in collaboration with the rest of the employee experience team
  • Help out with administrative tasks around people focused initiatives
  • Be our innovation champion, by contributing new ideas that will help us stay ahead of the game

 

What You Need to Be Successful (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Hands on and can-do mentality
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn
  • Genuine interest for People
  • Ability to work independently on projects with the appropriate guidance
  • Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business administration study at a higher education institution (other relevant studies will be considered)
  • Tech savvy
  • Knowledge on trends and modernized HR/EX way of working
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Solution orientated

 

Other Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous work experience is a big plus
