What You'll Do

Our ideal Senior Sales Executive is an accomplished high energy, driven business applications sales professional with a proven track record of driving software and services deals, in large enterprise accounts with the business applications arena, who will head our growth in the US.  

You’ll be responsible for winning new logos using your Bus Apps experience, business acumen and growth mentality, as you create deeper customer and partner relationships. You will win more business with next level, challenging sales and marketing. You’ll also be the player coach sales leader for US team, which is a very experienced, hands-on team. Your role is to catalyze great sales performance, setting a great example by managing your own sales cycles.

 

You will:

  • Own and deliver on revenue targets for software and services sales for the US business.
  • Be responsible for further development and management of the region by selling our solutions to customers directly and/or via our network of partners.
  • Be a trusted advisor for our customers & network of partners and thereby achieving optimal client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain opportunity plans which includes sales engagement on marketing qualified leads, channel sales activities, white space analysis and current customer up-sales.
  • Develop and execute business plans with partners to promote solution champions and advocates resulting in demand.
  • Develop and execute customer account plans to drive penetration into named strategic accounts.
  • Develop and lead account strategies. 
  • Build sustainable and robust pipeline and ensure CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting and account planning.
  • Support and leverage internal partnership with domain driven marketing.
  • Create compelling proposals grounded in business impacts with clear reasons to act.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with successful close. 
  • Travel (inter)nationally max 10-20%

 

What You Need to Be Successful (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 5+ years of experience in consistently achieving/exceeding YOY revenue quota required.
  • Entrepreneurial and capable of ownership of developing your region with our industry leading solutions.
  • Cloud sales proficiency incl. TCV optimization.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
  • Self-starter and go-getter who can operate individually and is also a great team player.
  • Willingness to continuously improve & develop yourself, and your team.
  • Possesses  consultative and challenger selling techniques to articulate value and conviction around the business case you offer in win-win partnerships.
  • Ability to engage and develop strong and trusting relationships with decision makers/key influencers within our customer and partner communities.
  • Strong deal qualification skills, orchestration and win strategy formulation and execution.
  • Skilled in proposal preparation, negotiating terms and contracts for million-dollar engagements including software and services.
  • Able to assess strategic business case drivers, opportunity discovery, and corresponding value pro and win strategy formulation.
  • Experience in selling Microsoft Dynamics and knowledge of the ecosystem.
  • Certifications and / or deep experience in business value sales methodologies.
  • Sales experience within Manufacturing (discrete/process) and/or Equipment oriented industry.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics VAR channel and associated environment is a big plus.
  • Experience in working with software manufacturing organization.

 

Other Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in selling Microsoft Dynamics and knowledge of the ecosystem.
  • Certifications and / or deep experience in business value sales methodologies.
  • Sales experience within Manufacturing (discrete/process) and/or Equipment oriented industry.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics VAR channel and associated environment is a big plus.
  • Experience in working with software manufacturing organization.
