To-Increase, a group company of Columbus Global, is looking for a dynamic, data-driven inbound marketer to own the marketing funnel for a few domains in our product portfolio. You will be responsible for attracting site traffic, converting the traffic into new leads for the business, and nurturing those leads to convert them to customers with the help of the sales team.

This is your time to join a super successful team, where trust and collaboration are highly valued. You will be based at our Hyderabad office, working with the local team as well as the Europe and the US teams. 


  • Define the (content) marketing strategies for your industries to drive leads, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Build relationships with the most important stakeholders (sales, product, and services teams), to align them to your Go-To-Market plans and execute them
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams like content, design, web, and automation to get the content assets prepared and set-up as per the brand guidelines
  • Grow new leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including content offers)
  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and (paid) social channels
  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers



  • Self-starter, creative and hands-on
  • Minimum 5+ years at a strategic level, managing integrated digital marketing campaigns for a global IT products and services company
  • Active collaboration, stakeholder management and project management skills
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to validate all decisions
  • Beneficial to have experience with marketing automation and blogging software to generate traffic, convert visitors into leads, and then nurture them (using dynamic workflows) into converted customers
  • Exceptional verbal and written English skills
  • Motivated to learn and grow within the digital marketing era
