We are looking to fill our Sr. Product Manager role with someone who has a solid background in building and maintaining Cloud Native Applications (SaaS). At To Increase, we have 20+ business applications spread across various domains. This role will be focused on the Life Sciences domain.
A Day in the Life of a Sr. Product Manager at To-Increase:
You are an experienced presenter and evangelist of your domain and offerings, who is easily able to present the vision and direction internally, at events, at customers, partners, and other stakeholders worldwide. Furthermore, you play a vital role in the marketing of your product portfolio.
- Product Strategy: Define and execute the product strategy for Dynamics 365 solutions in the Life Sciences pillar, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
- Product Roadmap: Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the short-term and long-term development goals, features, and enhancements.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research, and competitive analysis, and stay updated with industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.
- Pillar Management: Collaborate with customers, and partners to have a good pulse on industry trends to drive the product direction alongside the technology.
- Product Development: Work closely with engineering teams to oversee the product development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and release.
- Product Launch: Plan and execute successful product launches, including marketing and sales enablement strategies.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance and make data-driven decisions for improvements.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to enhance product features and user experience.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that products meet all necessary regulatory and compliance requirements within the Life Sciences industry.
What You Need To Be Successful (Minimum Qualifications)
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience with a Cloud Native Application (SaaS) tech provider where you have successfully managed building customer-centric SaaS offerings.
- Life Sciences (Pharma, Biotech, or medical devices) experience with a good knowledge of the technology landscape is a plus.
- Supply Chain Management Experience within D365 F&SCM is good to have.
- Self-driven, motivated individual who is also a Team player.
- Ability to work within in thought and geographically diverse environment.
- Availability to travel (~30%), including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
- Based in the Netherlands.
