We are growing rapidly and seeking a new Sales Executive to join our TI-AX for Pharma team, helping us expand further in the DACH market.
What You'll Do
Our ideal Sales Executive is a high energy, driven Life Science solutions sales savvy with a proven track record of driving software and services deals, in Enterprise accounts in a direct or indirect model, who will help accomplish our global growth.
As a Sales Executive you will engage with enterprise customers and prospects within the Life Science industry. You will offer solutions that fundamentally change the way organizations within the Life Science industry operate today. You successfully build relationships and establish business value, working with prospects as well as with customers and partners. As an ambitious self-starter, you contribute to our growth strategy by focusing on building a solid business pipeline, addressing the challenges that your target audience is facing.
You can work hybrid remote from one of our offices in the Netherlands, or fully remote from Germany.
You will:
- Own and deliver on revenue targets for software and services sales for our Pharma solutions
- Be responsible for further engagement and development of our partners
- Be a trusted advisor for our customers & partners
- Develop and maintain opportunity plans which includes sales engagement on marketing qualified leads, channel sales activities, white space analysis and current customer up-sales
- Develop and execute business plans with partners to promote solution champions and advocates resulting in demand
- Build a sustainable and robust pipeline and ensure CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and account planning
- Support and leverage internal partnership with domain-driven marketing
- Create compelling proposals grounded in business impacts with clear reasons to act
- Negotiate terms and contracts with successful close
What You Need to Be Successful (Minimum Qualifications)
- Extensive Enterprise Software sales experience (5 years +) and a demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual quota and performance targets.
- Proven ability to handle complex sales cycles including the ability to provide coordination and direction to your extended team
- Ideally, you will have experience of working in a hyper-growth environment
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, you can articulate complex ideas and strategies proficient in German and English
- Ability to travel as needed
- Besides being a self-starter and go-getter who can operate individually you’re also a great team player
- Willingness to continuously improve & develop yourself, and your team.
- Possesses consultative and challenger selling techniques to articulate value and conviction around the business case you offer in win-win partnerships
- Ability to engage and develop strong and trusting relationships with decision makers/key influencers within our customer and partner communities
- Skilled in proposal preparation, negotiating terms and contracts which include software, services and support. Able to assess strategic business case drivers, opportunity discovery, and corresponding value pro and win strategy formulation
Other Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management and knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem is a big plus, as well as experience in the Life Science Industry, but we certainly welcome experiences from comparable avenues
- Certifications and / or deep experience in business value sales methodologies, e.g.; MEDDIC
- Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics VAR / SI / ISV channel and associated environments
- Experience in working with service organizations
