Customer Experience (Internship)
We are looking for a talented and passionate Customer Experience Intern (internship) for 4-6 months. (full-time role 32-40 hours, hybrid work space: Amstelveen office/home)

We are looking for a talented and passionate Customer Experience Intern (internship) for 4-6 months.
As a Customer Experience Intern, most of your work is dedicated to supporting our Customer Success team in this hyper-growth stage. This support consists of a combination of short-term activities and strategic initiatives to improve the quality and efficiency of our services.
You will learn a lot about building customer relationships, software implementations, and how a B2B technology scale-up business is organized. You will be an integral part of our Customer Success team, who are happy to support your personal growth and share their knowledge and experience in project management and software implementations with you.
What you’ll do:
- Have good understanding of the current suite of To-Increase tools utilized for customer engagement purposes.
- Construct a customer experience portal with the aim of enhancing digital customer experience and community building.
- Create the customer experience portal using assortment of tools, procedural methodologies, and industry best practices
- Research and understand how the findings could also help with customer 360 information exchange between internal teams;
- Present findings and next steps, including solutions, processes, costs, and any other requirements to build the customer experience portal.

What we’re looking for:
- Penultimate or final year of bachelor's degree in digital transformation, customer experience design, communication, community building, customer education.
- Interest in digital customer experience solutions, communication, community building, SaaS, and general software.
- Ready to work 32-40 hours per week.
- Interested in the potential of transitioning to a full-time position upon completion of the internship.
- For this position, we are looking for someone who is already based in The Netherlands.
