Senior Project Manager - AX for Pharma

We are rapidly growing and looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our talented team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading and managing a team of Microsoft Dynamics Professionals as part of our PMO. You'll oversee all aspects of project delivery, including budget, resources, and deliverables, and work closely with customers, partners, and sub-contractors to ensure successful implementation of solutions.

What You'll Do:
You'll use your problem-solving skills to develop and implement Dynamics business solutions for our customers, with a focus on understanding their business needs and participating in full life cycle implementation using our approved methodology. You'll also proactively look for ways to keep all time productive and use non-customer time for management tasks, personal training, and internal projects.
As a key point of contact with our customers, you'll lead customer meetings and facilitate strategy sessions, analyze processes, and recommend improvements as needed. You'll establish and maintain relationships within a broad range of functions and levels in customer organizations, including executive and C-level contacts.
In addition to project management responsibilities, you'll be expected to focus on quality assurance and risk management, identifying project efforts to ensure sound decision-making and delivering quality results. You'll also strive for continuous improvement of our PMO methodologies.
What You Need to Be Successful (Required Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Engineering, Business, or equivalent area of experience
- Minimum 5 years experience in project management is required
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing people
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Position Location: You have the option to join our team as a full-time employee in either our offices in Europe (Italy or Netherlands) or work remotely from any city in Europe with at least 70% availability.
Preferred Requirements:
- PMP & Microsoft Dynamics ERP certifications
- GxP, manufacturing and/or pharma experience
- Experience managing large ERP projects with 1+ million dollar budgets
- Managing large complex projects with ERP, CRM and other applications in scope
