What You'll Do
We are looking for a content and social media specialist to join our Marketing team. If you have a flair for writing content, enjoy working on branding and social media campaigns, and can bring innovative ideas and energy in managing our company’s social media platforms and improving brand awareness, you might just be the one we are looking for.
As Content and Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with the content managers, marketing managers, product and sales teams, and our employee experience team to craft web pages, blogs, and social media content. You will conceptualize, create, and execute social media plans to boost awareness, build brand advocacy and customer reach and to drive qualified leads to our web sites.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Design, create and manage social media campaigns and promotions to reach defined goals.
- Write effective press releases.
- Design social media content working with internal graphic design team.
- Propose new and engaging ways to tell the story of To-Increase and our products and services to our defined target groups.
- Create content for blogs, whitepapers, web pages, email campaigns, and a variety of other content assets that are essential in the buyer's journey.
- Write effectively for SEO to increase organic search engine rankings, drive traffic, and increase brand preference
- Develop and expand the To-Increase follower community and influencer outreach
- Analyze, review and report on effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results
What You Need to Be Successful (Minimum Qualifications)
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram and know how different platforms are best deployed in different scenarios
- Exceptional English copywriting skills – e.g., with a background in journalism, marketing, or blogging
- Experience with handling corporate blogs would be an added advantage
- Effective communication skills; both written and verbal
- An ability to grasp technological concepts quickly, get to the heart of the story and know how to say it, to engage your audience
- Experience with SEO, including keyword research
- Relevant experience running social media campaigns in a B2B context
- Be detail-oriented, organized, self-driven and capable of handling multiple projects at once
- Be able to think out-of-the-box and have a positive attitude
