We are growing rapidly and looking for a new Business Development Representative - English speaking, based in the Netherlands to join our Sales team and help us to grow.
Our ideal Business Development Representative is a high-energy, driven, and curious sales professional who will be responsible for identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities and will help accomplish our growth ambitions globally.
What you'll be doing:
- Generate Qualified opportunities for our Sales team;
- Conduct discovery calls/consultancy calls;
- Follow-up inbound leads;
- Build and cultivate prospect and partner relationships by initiating communications and consistent follow-up to push opportunities through the sales funnel;
- Make sure our CRM is always up-to-date, to ensure collaboration with other departments and improve our results with data-driven sales.
What you'll bring:
- 2 + years of experience in sales or phone acquisition within a SaaS (ERP) company in the EMEA/US market;
- A bachelor's degree in business administration or similar;
- Native English language skills, both spoken and written;
- Excellent communication skills. You can take the lead in a conversation, leave no room for interpretation and you also know when it’s time to listen;
Entrepreneurial spirit
- Comfortable in a sales organization where not everything has been worked out yet;
- Interest and proactive approach to learning different ERP solutions and ambition to grow together with us.
