We are growing rapidly and looking for a new International Cloud Sales Executive (Dutch-speaking) to join our TI Sales team and help us to grow in the EMEA markets.
What You'll Do
Our ideal Cloud Sales Executive is a high energy, driven business applications sales professional with a proven track record of driving software deals, in mid-market and large accounts in a direct or indirect model, who will help accomplish our growth ambitions in one of the defined regions in EMEA.
You’ll be responsible for winning new logos using your Bus Apps experience, business acumen and growth mentality, as you create customer and partner relationships. You will win business with next level, digitally enabled challenger sales capabilities for our cloud add-on solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM.
You will:
- Own and deliver on revenue targets for software (and services) sales for your region.
- Be responsible for further development and management of the region by selling our Dynamics 365 add-on solutions to customers directly and/or via our network of partners.
- Be a trusted advisor for our customers & network of partners and thereby achieving optimal client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain opportunity plans which includes sales engagement on marketing qualified leads, channel sales activities, white space analysis and current customer cross sales.
- Work together with the Partner Development Manager and Customer Success Manager connected to your region to develop and grow the markets and customer base revenue in the region and achieve mutual goals.
- Build a sustainable and robust pipeline and ensure CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and account planning.
- Become a subject matter expert for one of our portfolio solutions that you will ‘own’ and work together with Sales, Marketing and Product Management to make sure we go to market with relevant solutions and create revenue growth in all regions.
- Create compelling proposals grounded in business impacts with clear reasons to act.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with successful close.
What You Need to Be Successful (Minimum Qualifications)
- 5+ years of experience in consistently achieving/exceeding YOY revenue and targets.
- Entrepreneurial and capable of ownership of developing your region with our industry-leading solutions.
- Cloud sales proficiency incl. Total Contract Value optimization.
- Fluent in English and Dutch (both spoken and written).
- Great communication and presentation skills.
- Besides being a self-starter and go-getter who can operate individually you’re also a great team player.
- Willingness to continuously improve & develop yourself, and your team.
- Possesses consultative and challenger selling techniques to articulate value and conviction around the business case you offer in win-win partnerships.
- Ability to engage and develop strong and trusting relationships with decision makers/key influencers within our customer and partner communities.
- Strong deal qualification skills, win strategy formulation and execution.
- Skilled in proposal preparation, negotiating terms and contracts which include software, services and support. Able to assess strategic business case drivers, opportunity discovery, and corresponding value pro and win strategy formulation.
Other Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 and knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem is a big plus, but we certainly welcome experiences from comparable avenues.
- Certifications and / or deep experience in business value sales methodologies.
- Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics VAR / SI / ISV channel and associated environments.
- Experience in working with service organizations.
- Speaking another Wester European language like German, Italian or French would be a plus.
