The Innovation Hub team aims to both make the life of our customers, as well as the life of To-Increase itself, easier by evaluating state-of-the-art technology. From designing Proof of Concepts to assessing existing processes and implementations, no day is ever the same. We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled Software Engineer to strengthen the team and help design, develop, and implement new features and functionalities for our products.
What you will do
- Contribute to designing, building, evaluating, shipping, and improving the To-Increase product catalogue
- Assess existing processes and in-use internal systems, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Thoughtfully communicate your work and experience through both internal collaborations and mentorship opportunities.
- Closely collaborate with different kind of teams in the organization.
Who you are
- You have a strong technical background in software development and are familiar with software development principles.
- You have at least 3 years and proven hands-on experience with the Power Platform and Microsoft Dataverse.
- You have at least 3 to 5 years and proven hands-on experience with the X++, .Net Core, C# programming languages.
- You have knowledge on basic database concepts and can write T-SQL queries.
- You have experience in conducting code reviews and are familiar with Microsoft’s best practices around the mentioned programming languages.
- You have knowledge on DevOps principles and have experience in implementing them in Azure DevOps.
- You are a technical and collaborative leader who can inspire and mentor others, as well as receive mentorship and guidance yourself.
- You have strong communication skills, both verbally and non-verbally.
- You feel comfortable working as an independent team member, capable of applying judgement to prioritize, plan and execute your tasks.
- You are eager to learn and are continuously looking for opportunities to improve your soft and hard skills.
- You are familiar with, and can prove participation in, the Microsoft Learn program.
Where you will be
- We are a multicultural, international workforce enabling our employees to find a work mode that suits them best.
- For this role, we are specifically looking for someone based in the Netherlands. Although working from home is a possibility, we encourage coming to the office on a regular basis.
- With an international workforce comes different working hours. Although we do provide flexibility in this area, you are requested to mostly operate during the CET time zone’s working hours.
