Partner Development Manager EMEA

To-Increase is building an indirect strategy working with Dynamics 365 partners on a global scale. These partners leverage their local market expertise to identify opportunities for positioning our value-add solutions to their customers and prospects. Through their consultancy services teams they support our customers in achieving best value from the To-Increase solutions, with a focus on quick time to value and long-term relationships.
As a Partner Development Manager (PDM) you will be part of the EMEA field sales organization and responsible for all activities related to partners in one or more countries or regions. This includes managing existing partners, as well as recruiting new ones based on business planning in collaboration with our solution sales team. You provide resources and coaching to partners to grow their business and develops programs to drive demand for To-Increase solutions. You need to align partners with the company’s go-to-market strategy, proactively working to ensure partners are on track with training and certification goals and that they have set revenue goals that map to To-Increase goals. In addition, based on partner feedback you will recommend changes to products or services to fulfil customer needs. Ultimately, you are responsible for partner satisfaction and retention. We are looking for an experienced partner manager who easily connects with partners’ senior management, understands their business and challenges, and can be a trusted advisor to show the value of the To-Increase solutions.
Location is the Netherlands, and we offer a combination of working from home and in one of our local offices.
Position reports to the Director Sales EMEA.
What we expect from you
- Develop and manage our EMEA partner ecosystem to support the growth of partners’ and To-Increase revenue.
- Acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding of new strategic partners including contract review and negotiation
- Enable and increase the competence of partners (training, certification) to build a self-sufficient channel
- Build relationship with business and technical stakeholders within the organizations you manage
- Develop and execute business plans with partners with focus on portfolio adoption, opportunity creation and customer success
- Make sure partners connect and discuss their leads and opportunities with the right sales team and support them with potential sales strategy to adopt
- Monitor the performance of partners against their objectives
- Contribute to strengthening our Partner Connect Program and Partner engagement model
- Report to the sales organization on the development of our local partnerships
- Cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, services and customer success teams to maximize partner’s performance and experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
In addition to strong written and oral communication skills, the Partner Development Manager needs to be effective at influencing key decision makers, thinking strategically, and a solid understanding of the channel. The position also requires three to five years of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics field or similar complex environments. Understanding of business processes and familiarity with a variety of ERP-related concepts, practices, and procedures of the Microsoft ecosystem are considered a plus. Occasional travel is part of the job.

- BA/BS degree preferred
