What You'll Do
We are growing our Finance department and looking for a Finance & Operations Administrator to make our team stronger. This role is the transactional backbone of the Finance department. You will ensure that everything which needs a manual touch is processed smoothly and correctly within the given timelines.
Skills and experience
MBO/HBO student, ideally in a relevant field like Finance, Business, Economics, or similar.
Fluency in English (oral and written) is required,
strong preference to have Dutch language skills.
Experience in dealing with financial information and processes, and a basic understanding of accounting principles.
Very good Excel skills, passion for analytics and fast data processing, permanent strive for efficiency.
Good communication skills (oral and written).
Stress resilient and the ability to prioritize a variety of work activities in a busy environment and to meet strict deadlines.
A demonstrably high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues effectively.
Effective support of the Business Controllers.
Invoice and order creation.
Collecting outstanding receivables.
Effective and efficient processing of mass data via excel or other databases.
Support maintenance of data warehouse.
You like to work in a team, but also work under own initiative with minimal supervision but knows when to ask for guidance.
A willingness to learn as the role develops.
Flexibility and responsiveness to the business needs.
