ERP Senior Sales Executive - Europe

 We are growing rapidly and looking for a new ERP Senior Sales Executive to join our Rental team.

Our ideal Sales Executive is a high energy, self-starting business applications sales professional, who compel customers and internal teams to work with you. You should have a proven track record of driving software and services deals, in mid-market and large accounts. You will help accomplish our (and your own) growth ambitions, by helping rental industry companies digitally transforming with our end-to-end value proposition.

You’ll be responsible for winning new logos using your consultative project sales experience, business acumen and growth mentality, as you create trusted customer relationships. You will win business with digitally enabled challenger sales capabilities for and be responsible for end to end sales processes from account opening to contract closure, utilizing our DynaRent industry solution for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the extended power of the platform. 

You will:

  • Own and attain revenue targets for software and services sales for select European accounts and/or markets
  • Be responsible for further development and management of the territory by selling our industry solutions and projects to customers directly and/or via our network of partners
  • Develop relations to key partners and customers, thereby being a trusted advisor for achieving optimal client satisfaction and endorsement
  • Develop and maintain opportunity plans which includes sales engagement on marketing qualified leads, creative named account penetration, white space analysis and current customer up-sales
  • Develop and execute business plans and demand generation activities
  • Build a sustainable and robust pipeline and ensure CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and account planning
  • Support and leverage internal partnership with domain driven marketing
  • Create compelling proposals grounded in business impacts with clear reasons to act.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with successful close.
  • Travel (inter)nationally max 10-20%. 

What You Need to Be Successful (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 5-10 years of experience in new logo ERP sales role, consistently achieving/exceeding individual quota.
  • Entrepreneurial and capable of ownership of developing your territory and accounts with our industry leading solutions
  • ERP sales proficiency incl. value based software and services sales.
  • Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
  • Great communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to engage and develop strong and trusting relationships with decision makers/key influencers within our customer and partner communities.
  • Strong deal qualification skills, win strategy formulation and execution.
  • Skilled in proposal preparation, negotiating terms and contracts which include software, services and support. Able to assess strategic business case drivers, opportunity discovery, and corresponding value prop and win strategy formulation.

Other Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in selling Microsoft Dynamics and knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem is a big plus, but we certainly welcome experiences from comparable avenues.
  • Experience with rental industry or related experience such as for example heavy equipment, leasing or construction.
  • Certifications and / or deep experience in business value sales methodologies, e.g. Challenger, Sandler, Solution Selling and also Microsoft Catalyst methodology.
  • Ability to have business conversations grounded in project methodologies (such as SureStep) and educate the customers in implementation activities and dependencies in their organization.
