Are you a self-starter who is ready to launch your career in People Operations?

Your Role:

As our People Ops Coordinator, you will be reporting to our Manager of People Operations, you will work across TI and be the go-to person for employee questions. As you grow in this role, you will provide ongoing support while owning and supporting projects.

Your work will span across a spectrum of People Ops initiatives, including but not limited to onboarding, recruitment, reporting, culture and employee engagement. Sounds exciting right?

What you will own:

  • Provide seamless and client-focused support to our people throughout the employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, performance cycles
  • Partner closely with People Ops and Talent Acquisition team members to provide support on day-to-day HR/Recruitment tasks
  • Communicate effectively with employees and management to process worker changes
  • Proactively identify improvements to processes and data integrity
  • Provide program management support for calendared planning cycles
  • Support People Operations with the planned events/employee engagement activities
  • Maintain people data across HR systems
  • Ensure necessary documentation is stored in electronic employee files
  • Assist in special projects

Must Haves:

  • Strong interest in pursuing People Ops as a career: New graduates from an HR-related program are encouraged to apply!
  • Clear written and in-person communication skills (English is a must)
  • Highly organized and detailed-oriented; with the ability to handle simultaneous projects with moving parts
  • Excel and analytical skills, experience in Google Docs is a plus
  • Effectively prioritize and thrive in a fast paced, demanding environment
  • Take initiative and be able to work independently
  • Adaptable and resourceful, you thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious and innovative – you have ownership me
