Role description

As a bid manager you will work with the sales team trying to win the client's business. You will help scoping and estimating the project, draft work orders and other services agreement and discuss draft planning with the services team. You will be trained on the job in order to have a high-level understanding of To-Increase’ software, services and care offerings. Once the contract’s won, you will hand-over the project to the project manager of the delivery team. Focus will be on managing deliverables and activities during presales phase, winning new deals, and ensure contact compliance.


  • Initiate, coordinate and plan activities to deliver RFI/RFP/RFQ's, bids and/or tenders;
  • Discovery, definition and review scope of software, services (estimations and activities) and support partners and/or customers;
  • Prepare project estimations in collaboration with Consultants, Sales executives and Product teams;
  • Draft Work Orders (and other agreements) based on detailed services estimations;
  • Maintain and optimize sales templates and assist in preparing presentations Sales & Solutions teams;
  • Draft planning of projects in collaboration with Delivery Manager and/or Service Director;
  • Managing multiple activities and deliverables during Diagnostics/Presales/Discovery phases of multiple sales cases;
  • Draft project charter and project planning for larger projects upon customer/prospect requirements;
  • Provide assistance and monitor reporting and services forecasting;
  • Secure smooth transition to delivery team.


  • Preferably 1 or 2 years of working experience in a sales/customer service/project management (supporting) role;
  • Obtained a bachelor (or master) degree, e.g. HEAO CE/LM/BA;
  • Fluent in English, Dutch is a big plus;
  • Accuracy and eye for detail;
  • Result and deadline oriented;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Good organisational skills with ability to use own initiative;
  • Flexibility to cope with several tasks simultaneously;
  • Time management skills.
