To-Increase truly understands the importance of retaining customers. Our revenue is realized over the lifetime of a customer. To excel in this role, you must score high on emotional intelligence and business savviness.

We’re growing our Customer Success team from a two people shop, into a mature discipline with ten Customer Success Managers over the course of the next few years. The role of CS Director ranges from managing and growing the team of CSM’s (from 2 towards 10 CSM in the coming years) to developing initiatives that deliver unique value to our customers. 

What You'll Do

  • Build and Empower a high-performing and global Customer Success Team (Saas)
  • Optimize the Customer Experience for customers proactively and fill the gaps structurally in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Align and Educate internal teams about the importance of Customer Success.
  • Own your own segment of customer accounts and help them with onboarding, QBR’s, feedback sessions, and any other query from their end.
  • Form Up-, Cross-Selling and Cloud Transformation strategies for business expansion.
  • Maintain Insights from a Customer Success Platform, and make CS Insights and Results visible to the organization

What You Need to Be Successful (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 10+ years of work experience in a customer facing or account management role
  • 6+ years of Customer Success Experience in the US and the European Markets.
  • Ability to drive effective and influencing conversations at the C-level; facilitate difficult discussions and adept at handling objectives
  • Navigate customer organizational structures to identify and build relationships with executives and stakeholders who define the company's strategic objectives
  • Strong consulting skills and proven results working as a Trusted Advisor to drive business value for clients or stakeholders
  • Credible and effective C-level advisor and coach, especially around change management (cultural, technical or business)
  • In-depth knowledge of business processes (Sales, Marketing, Service, Support), business applications and automation
  • Ability to quickly grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts
  • Industry experience in Food/Manufacturing/Rental/Supply chain would be preferred
